We are seeking a dynamic Solutions Manager and Consultant to support our team in customer engagements and drive the development of innovative energy solutions.

Role Description

We are hiring for a full-time (or part-time as a consultant) remote position for an Energy Solutions and Performance Consultant/Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation on energy solutions, ensuring optimal technical performance and efficiency.

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and deliver tailored, cost-effective solutions.

• Lead the development of innovative energy solutions to enhance operational performance and sustainability.

• Collaborate with vendors to identify market-leading technologies and ensure the best solutions for site requirements.

• Conduct financial and technical assessments, including OPEX, CAPEX, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.

Required Expertise:

• In-depth understanding of energy solutions, including:

• Site controllers and monitoring solutions for optimal performance tracking.

• A wide range of green energy solutions, such as solar power, deep-cycle and fast-charging batteries, AC/DC generators, HVAC systems, and power rectifiers.

• Strong knowledge of load calculations and system dimensioning, with a keen focus on cost efficiency and financial impact.

• Comprehensive awareness of available vendor options and market trends, with the ability to develop robust site solutions based on available technologies.
