Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst and Reporting Associate to support our team in customer engagements and developing financial models and business cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Financial Data & Market Trends:

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business metrics to support strategic decision-making.

Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the telecom and technology sector.

• Develop Financial Models for Forecasting & Scenario Planning:

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and profitability assessments.

Perform sensitivity analysis to assess different market and business conditions.

• Due Diligence & Investment Analysis:

Conduct financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.

Evaluate company valuations, revenue projections, and cost structures to support strategic decision-making.

Assess operational synergies and financial risks in potential transactions.

• Cost Structure, Revenue Streams & Profitability Insights:

Provide detailed analysis of cost drivers, pricing models, and profitability trends.

Develop strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs while maintaining service quality.

Conduct unit economics analysis to ensure financial sustainability.

• Data Visualization & Presentation:

Transform complex financial data into user-friendly reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create visually compelling financial insights.

Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.

• Business Partnering & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and technology teams to align financial goals with business objectives.

Support leadership in investment planning, pricing strategies, and financial structuring.

• Financial Reporting, Variance Analysis & Operational Efficiency:

Identify process improvements and recommend automation solutions to enhance reporting accuracy.

Prepare detailed P&L reports, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews.

Monitor cash flow, CAPEX, and OPEX trends to drive operational efficiencies.

Desired Skills:

• 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment evaluation, or strategic finance—preferably in Telecom, Technology, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, P&L analysis, and scenario planning.
• Ability to analyze and interpret due diligence data for investment decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Exceptional storytelling skills—ability to present financial insights in a user-friendly and visually compelling way.
• Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
